# Five Army Personnel Missing, Four Dead in Arunachal Disasters

Five Army personnel remain missing after a flash flood washed away two shelters at the Pasu Pani Army Camp in Arunachal Pradesh’s Dibang Valley on Friday evening, officials said. Seven personnel were swept away and two were rescued. Search teams from the Army, ITBP, General Reserve Engineer Force, police, local volunteers and the State Disaster Response Force are involved. Separately, four people died after a landslide buried workers at the Keojaring-Byaching road-cutting site in Upper Subansiri. The victims were identified as Tadu Baki, Taji Rai, Markosh Basumatari and Babul Ali. The body of Babul Ali has been recovered, while rescue teams continue to search the debris.
