Minister of state for consumer affairs BL Verma told Parliament that Flipkart accounted for the most grievances at 1.3 lakh, followed by Amazon with 91,248 and Meesho with 29,284. Myntra (25,384), Netmeds (19,895), Zepto (5,774), Blinkit (5,102), and Nykaa (over 3,400) also figured on the list. Non-delivery of products was the biggest single complaint category, with 79,818 cases, followed by delivery of wrong products (75,426). Another 61,056 consumers complained about denied replacements or refunds, and 60,969 reported defective or damaged goods.
