The Hindu reports that the nearly two lakh square foot campus will cover badminton, table tennis, swimming, shooting, football, basketball and chess. Plans include nine badminton courts, a 25-metre pool, shooting ranges and an 8,000 square foot strength and conditioning arena with sports science and recovery facilities. The project began as a badminton centre and expanded after discussions with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. The facility is scheduled for completion by May 2028.
