The matter is listed for hearing on Friday. FSSAI says such claims are ambiguous, unverifiable and likely to mislead consumers, and has sought an Action Taken Report within 15 days. The regulator also objected to Jaivik Bharat logos on two Dabur products and the “100 per cent Purity” claim on its coconut milk. Dabur says its labels comply with law, but has begun removing the disputed claims.
