GATE 2025 Result: Check how to download scorecard and other details

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has announced the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 results today, 19 March. Candidates, who appeared in the exam, can access their scorecards on the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.

How to Check GATE 2025 Result

• Candidates can follow these steps to check and download their results:
• Visit the official website gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
• On the homepage, click on the link that says ‘GATE 2025 Result’.
• A new page will open.
• Enter the required credentials and click on Submit.
• Your GATE 2025 Result will be displayed on the screen.
• Check your result, download it, and take a printout for future reference

IIT Roorkee conducted the GATE 2025 examination on February 1, 2, 15, and 16 for 30 different test papers. On 27 February, the institute released the provisional answer key, allowing candidates to raise objections until 1 March 2025.

Candidates were given the option to appear for either one or two papers, based on their eligibility and subject choices. The exam included three types of questions:

• Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Multiple Select Questions (MSQs)
• Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions

These question formats were designed to test candidates’ knowledge and problem-solving skills.
