Kaufman purchased the property in 2012 for $18.2 million after downsizing from her family ranch. Designed by architect Richard Landry and completed in the late 1980s, the European-inspired single-story residence sits on nearly an acre of landscaped grounds. It includes a formal dining room, wood-panelled study, primary suite with two walk-in closets, a detached guest house, and a freeform pool with spillover spa.
