# GM Modular launches G+ MAGEDGE 10,000mAh power bank at Rs 7,499 2026-08-23T13:27:08+00:00 | Technology | Indian Opinion Desk Corroboration: 1 independent outlet GM Modular has launched the G+ MAGEDGE 10,000mAh magnetic power bank in India at Rs 7,499. The power bank supports 45W wired charging via a built-in 65 cm retractable Type-C cable and 15W wireless charging. The device also features a built-in stand, allowing users to prop up their phone while charging. Besides smartphones, it can charge smartwatches and earbuds that support wireless charging, and can also charge them via the Type-C port. The company says the power bank is lightweight despite its capacity, and its compact design makes it suitable for home, office, and travel use. Bank offers may bring the effective price down. ## Indian Opinion Analysis GM Modular, known for electrical switches and home automation, is expanding into the mobile accessories segment. The G+ MAGEDGE competes directly with brands like Xiaomi, Realme, and Anker, which already offer 10,000mAh magnetic power banks in the Rs 2,500-5,000 range. At Rs 7,499, the premium is justified by the retractable cable, built-in stand, and 45W wired output, a higher wattage than most rivals. However, Indian consumers have shown price sensitivity for accessories, so actual sales will depend on the final discount after bank offers. The product's success will signal whether the market is ready for a premium all-in-one charging solution. ## Coverage - bazaar.businesstoday.in Straightforward product launch announcement with no political or ideological slant.
