The 2.5-acre project will have 200 lettable rooms and is expected to attract more than Rs 1,000 crore in capital investment. The hotel is scheduled to open by 2030 and create around 800 direct jobs. The property will overlook the DDA’s Dwarka Golf Course and sit near the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, the proposed Diplomatic Enclave and Dwarka Sports Complex. It will be developed and operated by Juniper Hotels with Hyatt on a 55-year licence-fee basis. The DDA projects revenue of more than Rs 6,000 crore during the licence period.
