# Greater Hyderabad accounts for 59% of uncollectable SIR forms

A status report on Telangana's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) shows that nearly 59% of the state's 70.85 lakh uncollectable enumeration forms are in Greater Hyderabad's three districts, Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri. Hyderabad district alone has 18.45 lakh such forms (38.96% of its electorate). Sanathnagar has the highest uncollectable rate at 45.66%, while Bahadurpura, at 26.06%, is the lowest in the region but still above the state average of 20.95%. All seven Old City constituencies have rates above one-third of their electorate except Bahadurpura. However, the anomaly rate, incorrect entries, is much lower in these high-uncollectable constituencies, with Serilingampally at just 9.02% anomalies despite 38.92% uncollectable forms. The report does not specify why forms were classified as uncollectable.
