Social media users called the track 'noise pollution' and mocked its workplace setting where female colleagues dance around the singer. Hindustan Times and Mathrubhumi report that many predict the song will still go viral through dance reels despite the criticism. This is not Randhawa's first controversy. His earlier video Azul faced criticism for sexualising schoolgirls and romanticising a teacher-student relationship. Mathrubhumi adds that a Ludhiana court summoned Randhawa over that video. The singer has not responded to the latest backlash.
