The students accuse the school principal of subjecting them to abusive and humiliating treatment, including threats of striking their names from the school roll and being forced to sit outside for the past two to three months because their classroom remains locked. The complaints also allege serious infrastructure deficiencies: no electricity in classrooms, exposed wires, inadequate furniture, non-functional fans in extreme heat, and lack of proper toilets, forcing girls to defecate in the open. HHRC chairperson justice Lalit Batra has ordered action-taken reports from the secondary education director general, Panipat deputy commissioner, and district education officer.
