HDFC Bank ends its special edition Fixed Deposit (FD) offering a higher rate of interest. This exclusive FD scheme was introduced to provide investors with an opportunity to maximize their savings while ensuring stable and guaranteed returns. The last date to invest in Special Edition FD was March 31, 2025.

Yes Bank has reduced its fixed deposit (FD) interest rates by 25 basis points (0.25%)on select tenures. This latest reduction raises concerns about a possible trend of declining FD interest rates across the banking sector.

Following the discontinuation of the scheme, HDFC Bank has revised its FD interest rates, effective April 1, 2025.
