The cylinder blew up while a balloon seller was filling gas into balloons, Miyapur police said. An ice-cream vendor, Vivek Pal (19), suffered a severe leg injury that required his right leg to be amputated above the thigh. He was shifted to a nearby hospital and his condition is stable.
