# Hindu Raksha Dal to offer Ganga water at Deoband seminary

Hindu Raksha Dal will visit Darul Uloom in Deoband on Tuesday to offer Ganga water, alleging a Shivling exists beneath the Islamic seminary. The outfit's Uttarakhand president Lalit Sharma said the group, led by national president Pinky Chaudhary, will travel from Haridwar. Sharma claimed the Saharanpur administration ignored their earlier complaint seeking an inquiry. Deoband Circle Officer Amit Kumar Singh warned that no one will be allowed to disturb law and order, and legal action will follow any disruption. Darul Uloom Deoband, founded in 1866, is one of South Asia's most influential Islamic seminaries.
