The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board restored its Citizen Services mobile app on Saturday after a technical glitch disrupted water tanker bookings. Users can now book tankers through the app again, while IVRS and the website remain available. A day earlier, the board seized seven illegal motors from Rangareddy and Vijayanagar Colony that were affecting supply to other consumers. Over recent months, HMWSSB has intensified such raids, previously seizing 11 motors in Srinagar Colony and 12 in Boduppal.
