Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks will open its Rs 2,600 crore initial public offering on 17 August, with a price band of Rs 57-60 per share. The IPO consists entirely of fresh shares, and Rs 2,250 crore of the proceeds will be used to repay borrowings. The company had total debt of Rs 6,884.34 crore as of March 2026.
