# Hyundai India Trains 49,310 People in FY26

Hyundai Motor India trained 49,310 employees, dealer personnel and technicians in FY26 through eight Regional Learning Centres, 15 Technical Training Academies and six Bodyshop Academies, the company said in its financial results. It also partnered with 102 educational institutions, including 75 ITIs and 27 polytechnics, for training, internships and placements. The automaker added focus on AI awareness, data-led decisions and digital skills while retaining leadership and collaboration training. Its ARISE Leadership Programme trained 66 leaders, and a new Heritage Course is planned for more than 4,000 executives. Women made up 48% of young hires. Hyundai reported Q1 FY27 consolidated profit of Rs 889 crore, with revenue at Rs 16,335 crore.
