# IAF to view indigenous drones at Pokhran in September

The Economic Times reports that indigenous unmanned systems will be showcased for the Indian Air Force at the Pokhran firing ranges in the third week of September. The event, organised by the defence industry, will focus on long-range and swarm drones. Air force brass will examine one-way attack drones with a range of over 1,000 km that provide live video feedback. Swarm systems covering more than 300 km and expendable surveillance drones will also be displayed. Logistics drones for casualty evacuation and cargo delivery at extreme altitudes are expected.
