IIT Indore's free software tool AspireHLS, which automates chip design, has been downloaded by users in more than 60 countries including the US, China, and Germany. Developed by Prof Anirban Sengupta and his team after 10 years of research, the tool converts high-level chip designs into ready-to-manufacture circuit blueprints while balancing space and speed.
