# Inc42 D2C Summit and Retreat 2026 announced for August, September

Inc42 has announced its D2C & Retail Summit 2026, set for August 19 at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram, with Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal as Guest of Honour. The seventh edition will host over 600 founders, CXOs and investors across 15 sessions on AI, quick commerce and omnichannel distribution. Speakers include Aman Gupta, Viraj Bahl and Siddharth Dungarwal. India’s ecommerce market is projected to grow from $165 billion in 2026 to $450 billion by 2031. Separately, the third edition of The D2C Retreat will take place from September 17-19 at Raffles Udaipur, a private island venue. More than 70 founders representing businesses with over Rs 30,000 crore in collective annual revenue will attend under the Chatham House Rule. Attendance is by invitation only for companies meeting at least one of three criteria: Rs 200 crore annual revenue, Rs 150 crore in funding, or a Rs 400 crore valuation.
