India and Cabo Verde are examining cooperation in fisheries and the blue economy, with digital technology identified as an early area. Cabo Verde’s Honorary Consul General to India, Sanjay K. Dewan, discussed satellite monitoring, digital fisheries advice, marine mapping, coastal surveillance and ocean data platforms at a 24 July event.
