National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, in his first interview since Operation Sindoor, said India’s generosity should not be mistaken for weakness. Speaking in Discovery’s docuseries “Declassified: Operation Sindoor” premiering Saturday, Doval said the 88-hour operation aimed to destroy enemy camps linked to the April 22 Pahalgam attack that killed 26. Launched on May 7, India’s precision strikes targeted Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba infrastructure in Pakistan and PoK. Pakistan responded with drones and missiles, hitting civilian and military sites. India then struck Pakistani military capability, including air defences and air bases. The conflict ended on May 10 after both sides reached an understanding, with Pakistan suing for peace.
