UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham has appointed Indian-origin strategist Gautam Rangarajan as Expert Adviser on Structure and Process. Rangarajan, a former BBC strategist and musician with over 20 years in media, started at 10 Downing Street this week. His role supports Burnham’s plan to reorganise the centre of government, including the new Office for the PM and Cabinet.
