India’s longevity diagnostics market generated $105.6 million in 2025, against a global market of $2.8 billion, according to Grand View Research. Clinics in cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune now offer tests covering blood biomarkers, genetics, gut microbiomes and epigenetics, alongside personalised nutrition, exercise and supplement plans. The market remains at an early stage, with investors and clinic founders saying outcome-based care is still developing. Bengaluru entrepreneur Sowmay Jain told Brand Equity that he injects himself with a synthetic peptide to improve recovery and sleep. Steven N. Austad of the American Federation for Aging Research said there is no convincing evidence that longevity approaches work in humans. He warned that some services are unnecessary, expensive or unsupported.
