Lawyers for the victims disputed the statement. They said bills remained unpaid, including around Rs 14 lakh for influencer Jini Jhala, whose treatment continued after her transfer to Ahmedabad. The court directed the Juni Indore SDM to file an affidavit and appear personally at the next hearing on Friday. The investigating officer submitted the case diary. The court is also hearing proceedings against corporator Balmukund Soni, against whom it had earlier ordered a case to be registered.
