Urban Company’s InstaHelp crossed 1 lakh daily orders in August, while rival Snabbit reported 1.15 lakh jobs in a day. Pronto is processing about 50,000 to 60,000 orders daily, Inc42 reports. Monthly usage across the category has risen from 1 to 1.5 bookings to 3.4 to 4, according to an investor cited by the outlet. The companies are now focusing on neighbourhood density, repeat usage and lower fulfilment costs. Urban Company’s InstaHelp posted an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 132 crore on Rs 53 crore in net transaction value in Q1 FY27, though its loss per order fell to Rs 346. Snabbit’s burn per job dropped below Rs 250. Investors caution that operating leverage, not lasting cost cuts, explains some gains.
