Hrithik Roshan is also expected to play a major role. The film will be the first Rajinikanth movie to get a wide IMAX release. ## Indian Opinion Analysis Times of India's coverage is straight news: release dates, certification, and cast. M9.news, by contrast, frames the story around actor SJ Suryah's recent failures and the hope that 'Jailer 2' will end his flop streak. Where Times of India reports the UA 16+ rating and IMAX release as neutral facts, M9.news speculates on audience expectations and the film's potential to revive Suryah's career. The two outlets differ only in focus: one reports what is known, the other builds a narrative around a single cast member. A balanced reading notes that while the film's release details are fixed, the box office outcome that M9.news speculates about remains open until the film opens on October 15. ## Coverage Coverage: 2 sources, 1 neutral, 1 sensationalist - timesofindia.indiatimes.com (neutral report) Straight reporting of release dates, certification, and cast. - m9.news (sensationalist) Focuses on SJ Suryah's flop streak and comeback narrative.
