Jarange said the community would take its 'biggest revenge' in the 2029 assembly polls and set an August 29 deadline for a fresh agitation. Revenue Minister Bawankule rejected the charges, insisting that caste scrutiny committees are quasi-judicial bodies and neither the government nor any minister can interfere in their functioning.
