India batter Jemimah Rodrigues has been ruled out of the ACC Women's Asia Cup and the Asian Games after the BCCI confirmed a high-grade hamstring tear. The 25-year-old sustained the injury on August 3 while playing in The Hundred in England. The Women's Selection Committee named Pratika Rawal as her replacement for the Asia Cup, to be held in Dubai from August 28 to September 13. The Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, run from September 19 to October 4. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the 15-member squad that includes Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, and Richa Ghosh.
