# J-K police attach Rs 70 lakh property in 2008 terror case

Police in Baramulla, Jammu and Kashmir, have attached a property valued at Rs 69.82 lakh in connection with a 2008 terror-related case. The attachment order, issued by the NIA Court in Sopore, covers 12 kanal and 1 marla (1.5 acre) of land owned by accused Parvaiz Ahmad Famda of Kawhar Bala, Chandoosa. In a related move, the same court issued an arrest warrant against another accused, Abdul Rashid Bhat of Rajpora, Chandoosa. The action is part of ongoing efforts against unlawful activities under FIR No. 02/2008, filed at Chandoosa police station under several anti-terror laws.
