Of these, 75 units are for individual households and 25 for community use, officials said on Saturday. The units, developed by CSIR-NEERI, operate without electricity and were handed over at Jonakimondal village. Household units have two 22-litre vessels and serve five to six people; community units have two 100-litre vessels and cater to about 10 households.
