Karan Kundrra opens up about his first meeting with girlfriend Tejasswi Prakash’s parents; says ‘‘Her mom said you can take my daughter’

Recalling his meeting with Tejasswi’s parents, he shared, “I spent about 30 minutes with her parents, and after that, her mom warmly said, ‘You can take my daughter with you now.’ They are incredibly sweet and humble people. Tejasswi herself is very down-to-earth despite her strong personality. She can be quite bossy at times, but what I admire most about her is that she never lets anyone overpower her. You can’t dominate her—if I can’t logically justify something to her, she simply won’t accept it. She’s incredibly street-smart that way.”
Tejasswi and Karan have always stood by each other, never missing an opportunity to celebrate each other’s achievements. Praising Tejasswi for being extremely hard working, he said, “She continues to work incredibly hard. She’s currently doing MasterChef, and since filming began at the end of December, I’ve only met her four times. She puts in twice the effort compared to others—after a 12-hour shoot, she spends two more hours giving VDs and then attends grooming sessions. Sometimes, she stays over at my place, and in the morning, I find her in the kitchen, busy preparing something with my cook. She was so close to winning Khatron Ke Khiladi—had it not been for her eye injury, she would have taken the trophy.”
Tejasswi and Karan met on the reality show Bigg Boss 15, where the couple fell in love with each other.
