# Karnataka Makes Online APAR and Property Filing Mandatory From August 2026 2026-08-06T04:23:39+00:00 | India | Indian Opinion Desk Karnataka will require all state government officers and employees to file Annual Performance Appraisal Reports and Immovable Property Returns through the State’s e-PAR Application from 20 August 2026. The Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms said an IPR Module has been added for annual assets and liabilities statements. Employees must file their 2025-26 returns through the application. From later years, filings must be completed before the end of March. The National Informatics Centre developed the system, based on the platform used by All India Services officers. The filing format remains unchanged from the 1994 memorandum.
