# Karnataka Voters Flagged in ASDDO List Must Respond by August 8

Nearly 48.90 lakh voters in Bengaluru, or 47.08% of the city’s electorate, have been marked absent, shifted, dead, duplicate or under “others” in the Special Intensive Revision. Deccan Herald reports that their names have not been deleted, but voters who fail to respond or provide documents risk removal from the final rolls. The ASDDO list is available constituency-wise on the Chief Electoral Officer’s website. Across Karnataka, 1.11 crore of 5.54 crore electors issued enumeration forms are in the ASDDO category. Voters can collect forms from booth-level or electoral registration officers and submit them by August 8. The draft rolls are due on August 17, while Form 6 applications can support inclusion in the final rolls scheduled for October 19. More than 34 lakh unmapped voters may need documents.
