The system automatically flags long-pending cases and prioritises them before appropriate benches. A total of 2,02,729 cases were listed under ACLS, according to a communication from the court led by Chief Justice Soumen Sen. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms also contributed. Between January and June 2026, 724 cases were settled at the High Court and 18,110 in district courts through mediation. National Lok Adalats resolved 24,682 cases across the state.
