# Khushbu Sundar marks 40 years in South cinema

Actor Khushbu Sundar has marked 40 years in South Indian cinema by recalling her Telugu debut, Kaliyuga Pandavulu, which released in 1986. She said she was 15 when she entered the film and thanked audiences, filmmakers D. Ramanaidu, K. Raghavendra Rao and Suresh Naidu for supporting her journey. Sundar also celebrated her four-decade friendship with co-star Venkatesh Daggubati. The film, produced by D. Ramanaidu under Suresh Productions and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao, was a box-office hit. Hindustan Times reports that Sundar played Bharathi. The film also marked her first South Indian release.
