At Toxic's album launch in Mumbai on Thursday, Yash praised co-star Kiara Advani for her dedication to the film despite being pregnant during the physically demanding shoot. He said he and director Geetu Mohandas turned into 'bouncers and bodyguards' on set to ensure her safety. Kiara, who was pregnant while shooting the Yash-starrer, continued working for seven months into her pregnancy, a fact kept private during much of the filming. The gangster drama, helmed by Geetu Mohandas, features Yash in a dual role and marks his return after KGF Chapter 2. The film, backed by Monster Mind Creations and KVN Productions, releases in theatres on August 26. Kiara and her husband Sidharth Malhotra welcomed their daughter Saraayah in July 2025.
