# Kiran Abbavaram to star in mythological film ‘Indraputra’

Telugu actor Kiran Abbavaram will headline 'Indraputra', a mythological action-fantasy directed by Srikanth Puppala. The film is described as the first chapter of a planned mythological universe, rooted in the battle between dharma and adharma. Principal photography begins in October. Puppala, making his feature directorial debut, previously worked as an assistant director on Kantara: A Legend, Chapter 1. The project is produced by Zee Studios and co-produced by Keerthan. Abbavaram said the role demands emotional depth and physical changes. The makers have not announced a release date.
