Listed NBFC Kissht has secured board approval to raise Rs 832.2 crore via a preferential issue of 2.6 crore equity shares at Rs 314.11 apiece to 34 investors, according to an exchange filing. The company did not disclose how it plans to use the funds. The allotment is subject to regulatory and shareholder approval, and an extraordinary general meeting has been called.
