Telugu360 reports that a video featuring Congress Minister Konda Surekha and actress-turned-politician Vijaya Shanti has sparked discussion about a possible cabinet reshuffle in Telangana. The outlet frames the video as a sign that a cabinet change could solve the Congress party's BC (Backward Classes) problem. The video is part of a broader set of developments, including reports that BJP high command has contacted Konda Murali and that BJP has made an offer to Konda Surekha. The coverage suggests the Congress party faces internal challenges related to BC representation, with the video and subsequent political movements indicating potential shifts in alliances.

## Indian Opinion Analysis

Telugu360 frames the Konda Surekha-Vijaya Shanti video as a catalyst for a cabinet reshuffle to address Congress's BC problem, leading with the political opportunity. The outlet omits any critical examination of the party's existing BC policies or the video's content. This singular framing emphasises the government's ability to adapt, without discussing opposition criticism or internal dissent. A balanced reading would consider whether the reshuffle talk signals genuine reform or a response to BJP's outreach to the Konda family. The BJP's offer to Konda Surekha and Amit Shah's call to Konda Murali are the concrete developments to watch.
