# Jharkhand HC Plea Seeks Probe Into More JPSC, JSSC Exams

A Public Interest Litigation has been filed in the Jharkhand High Court seeking an investigation into other examinations conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission through TDPL, India TV News reports. Petitioner Basant Prasad alleged large-scale irregularities, rigging and sale of posts for money. The plea follows allegations of manipulation in the 14th JPSC Preliminary Test and the arrest of former JPSC chairman L Khyangte and others by the state CID. National Herald India reported alleged confessions involving payments to officials, tampering with answer sheets and question paper leaks. These claims have not been established in court. The CID had asked 2,204 candidates to submit their answer sheets.
