LG plans to unveil a humanoid robot in the first quarter of 2027, using Nvidia's Jetson Thor chip and Isaac GR00T model. A wheeled robot, LG CLOiD, will debut later this year on LG's washing machine line in Tennessee. LG also aims to build a reference AI data centre by early 2027 using Nvidia's Vera Rubin, followed by an 80 MW 'LG AI Factory' in Cheonan, South Korea, by 2028. The factory will train LG's robot AI models and serve as a turnkey showcase for other clients.
