LivLife Hospitals has wrapped up India's largest three-month weight loss challenge, with thousands of participants from corporate offices, banks and educational institutions shedding 15-18 kg each, the hospital announced. The initiative was led by Dr Nandakishore Dukkipati, MD of LivLife and President-Elect of the Obesity Surgery Society of India, with support from Dr Nadeemuddin and Professor Adrian Kennedy. At the grand finale, Padma Shri Dr Vijayanand Reddy praised the programme as a genuine community health movement without any commercial motive. Encouraged by the response, LivLife now plans to take the challenge nationwide, aiming to tackle lifestyle diseases on a larger scale.
