# L&T gets Rs 10,000 crore order for Chennai AI factory

Larsen & Toubro has won an order from US-based Together AI to build an artificial intelligence factory at its Chennai data centre, deploying 10,000 NVIDIA B300 GPUs. Though L&T classifies it as a "mega order" worth Rs 10,000-15,000 crore, the exact value has not been disclosed. Separately, L&T has transferred its data centre and cloud business to its wholly owned subsidiary Vyoma AI for Rs 1,400 crore as part of a push into full-stack digital infrastructure spanning colocation, cloud and AI factories. Vyoma expects the Chennai facility to go live by November, while also evaluating a 100 MW campus in Mahape, Maharashtra.
