# L&T wins Rs 15,000 crore order for India’s largest AI factory

Larsen & Toubro has secured a Rs 10,000-15,000 crore order from US-based Together AI to build what it calls India's largest single-cluster AI infrastructure facility in Chennai. The NVIDIA B300-based AI Factory, hosted at L&T's Vyoma.AI campus, will house 10,000 GPUs to power Together AI's cloud platform for large-scale inference, fine-tuning and training workloads. The order marks L&T's entry into the AI factory business through its subsidiary LTN Compute. The Chennai data centre campus has a planned Phase 1 capacity of 250 MW. L&T Chairman S N Subrahmanyan said it reinforces the company's commitment to making India a global hub for next-generation AI infrastructure. Together AI CEO Vipul Ved Prakash called the build-out the biggest infrastructure project in human history. L&T shares rose 1.2% on the announcement.
