Madhuri Dixit and her husband Dr Shriram Nene have sold a 774 sq ft apartment in Mumbai's Juhu locality for Rs 4.40 crore. They had bought it in June 2012 for Rs 1.94 crore, yielding a capital gain of about 127 percent, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The deal was registered on July 3, 2026, with stamp duty of Rs 26.40 lakh. This is the couple's third property sale in eight months, including an Andheri West office that fetched Rs 4.85 crore in June 2026. The Juhu flat's buyer is Sachin Shekar Shetty.
