The office, sold to Frames Production Company for Rs 4.85 crore on June 23, was bought in 2008 for Rs 52.5 lakh, a nine-fold gain. The Juhu apartment, sold on July 3 for Rs 4.4 crore to Sachin Shekar Shetty, had cost Rs 1.94 crore in 2012. Separately, actor Siddhant Chaturvedi and his mother Meenal purchased a luxury apartment in the JVPD area for Rs 12.63 crore on July 31, according to Liases Foras.
