# Pandian guides Mammootty’s car past Tamil Nadu roadblock

Mammootty and his team were guided for nearly 10 kilometres by a local man after a highway block stranded them near Tirupattur in Tamil Nadu in the early hours. Producer Anto Joseph, who was travelling with the actor, said the group had been trying unsuccessfully to find a route from Karaikudi to Kerala using Google Maps. The man, identified as Pandian, recognised Mammootty at a petrol pump in Pattamangalam, rode ahead on his motorbike and showed them shortcuts. Mammootty later stepped out for a photograph with him. Actor Ramesh Pisharody suggested returning the kindness through Mammootty’s Care and Share initiative. The account and video were shared on social media by Joseph.
