The penthouse has 17,200 sq ft of super area and 10,500 sq ft of carpet area, working out to about Rs 2.6 lakh per sq ft on a carpet-area basis. DLF's managing director Aakash Ohri told investors that the company has sold about 65% of the project's units, with prices exceeding Rs 1 lakh per sq ft on super area. He said 25-30% of buyers come from tier-2 cities and NRIs.
