One57, completed in 2014, rises 1,050 feet and has recorded sales of $100.5 million and $91.5 million. Prices at 432 Park Avenue range from about $10 million to $90 million, with penthouses listed as high as $169 million. Steinway Tower reaches 1,428 feet, while Central Park Tower rises 1,550 feet and remains the world’s tallest residential building. A Central Park Tower penthouse listing fell from $250 million to $195 million after a year without a buyer.
